Cardintel Healthcare Services Addendum

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

This Healthcare Services Addendum (“Addendum”) applies to healthcare organizations, licensed healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, dental practices, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare-related users of Cardintel Technologies (“Cardintel”).

This Addendum supplements the Cardintel Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Subscription Agreement, and other applicable Cardintel policies.

1. Purpose

Cardintel provides technology products and services designed to help healthcare organizations improve professional networking, patient communication, appointment management, digital profiles, and business operations.

Cardintel is not a healthcare provider, insurance provider, or medical practice.

2. No Medical Advice

Cardintel does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Medical diagnosis
• Medical treatment
• Emergency medical services
• Clinical decision support

Information provided through Cardintel is for communication and business purposes only.

Patients should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.

3. Emergency Services

Cardintel services must not be used as an emergency communication system.

If someone is experiencing a medical emergency, they should immediately contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

4. Professional Responsibility

Healthcare organizations remain solely responsible for:

• Patient care
• Medical records
• Clinical decisions
• Appointment scheduling accuracy
• Regulatory compliance
• Professional licensing

Cardintel does not supervise or control medical services provided by healthcare professionals.

5. Healthcare Profiles

Healthcare users may create digital profiles that include information such as:

• Practice name
• Office locations
• Contact information
• Office hours
• Services offered
• Professional biography
• Accepted insurance information (if applicable)
• Appointment request links

Healthcare users are responsible for ensuring profile information remains accurate and current.

6. Privacy and Security

Healthcare customers are responsible for determining whether their use of Cardintel complies with applicable privacy, security, and healthcare regulations.

Customers should avoid uploading sensitive patient information unless Cardintel expressly offers features designed for that purpose and both parties have agreed to appropriate contractual safeguards.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Cardintel may integrate with third-party scheduling, communication, payment, CRM, or practice management platforms.

Cardintel is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.

Healthcare organizations remain responsible for evaluating whether such integrations meet their legal and operational requirements.

8. Patient Communications

Healthcare organizations using Cardintel are responsible for ensuring that communications with patients comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Cardintel is not responsible for the content of communications sent by healthcare users.

9. Intellectual Property

Healthcare organizations retain ownership of their logos, branding, and content uploaded to Cardintel.

Cardintel retains ownership of its software, trademarks, technology, documentation, and intellectual property.

10. Acceptable Use

Healthcare organizations agree to use Cardintel only for lawful and authorized business purposes and in accordance with the Cardintel Acceptable Use Policy.

Users may not:

• Misrepresent professional credentials
• Publish false or misleading healthcare information
• Use Cardintel for unlawful activities
• Infringe the rights of others

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardintel shall not be liable for any medical decisions, patient outcomes, treatment results, or other healthcare services provided by healthcare organizations or professionals using the platform.

Cardintel’s role is limited to providing technology services.

12. Changes to this Addendum

Cardintel may update this Addendum from time to time to reflect changes in technology, applicable law, or business operations.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
